If that is the definition of masturbation than all enjoyable sex could be classified as masturbation. One might provide sexual gratification to another during sex but since providing sexual gratification can be as “sexually gratifying” as receiving sexual gratification, then all sex could be considered sexually self gratifying unless one absolutely didn't enjoy it. To describe all enjoyable sex as masturbation seems, well.. absurd.

Having said all that, I will admit that I do understand what you mean. It's just that words have meaning. If you want to be understood, you should stick to the recognized definitions of words instead of making up new ones as you go along.
