That there is the best advice ever. Americans eat junk food loaded with HFCS, saturated fats and partially-hydrogenated soybean oil. We need to start eating real food again. I'm a hypocrite though; today I had a cheeseburger for lunch and half a box of Thin Mints. Thin mints are from the Devil's workshop!
