Never fooled with models, built the real thing.
Channeled a 32 coupe and built the 38x3/8 flathead for it whe I was 8 for the all thumbs guy across the street.
Built an 8’ racing boat with a friend when I was 10.
went on to bigger and better things from there.

Those look pretty good!
I used to do that too, have some nice scale models of the Titanic, USS Missouri, and a few warplanes. Its fun, I just don;t have the time to do it as much anymore :(
