The only way to fight the unions is to treat the employees like they should be treated. The admins need to change and stop running the hospitals like they have paid slaves that they need to beat down or it will be a done deal.

I work at a non union hospital that does just that. Maybe you should find another hospital to work at if you feel the way you do.
