I as a Former US Navy Intel professional find it strange that before we(the DOD) did ANY recon or recon type activities w/in the US(we included Canada as well). We had to obtain a “Proper Use” statement that satisfied Intel Oversight Requirements undoubtedly signed of by legions of JAG Lawyers but this little POS “School” distinct could do this...the mind boggles.

It's can vs may and I think the POS administration is going to be taught the difference :-)
