This is why we stopped going to a Chinese buffet next town over - because they were serving sauteed green beans with frog heads and they did not even have mushrooms or meat in the dish - terrible. But they do say that frogs are suppose to have lots of vitamin F in that help people hop and skip better in their old age.

My local buffet serves a dish called frog eye salad. I am not brave enough to eat it, yet.
