I’ll believe it when I see it. It’s not happening around here. Perhaps in bigger cities these things can be accomplished. In smaller towns, it is quite a different story. The powers that be are untouchable.

Not so. In many respects, small towns are easier because of the reduced scale. The hard part is knowing what to do and having the time and discipline to exert effort and keep going in spite of disappointments and reverses.
