think that anti-intellectualism marginalizes an important part of American society, and I think it's destructive.

Obviously, you subscribe to the fallacy that conservatives are not educated. You could not be more wrong.

The difference between educated conservatives and liberals is that the conservatives completed their academic requirements and went out into the cold, cruel world to become productive citizens. We never stopped learning along the way either.

The liberal "intellectuals" to which you refer obviously never left the sheltered existence of academia, lest perhaps to transfer over into another comfortable liberal hive such as government or media employment.

Liberal ignorance is destructive, and no amount of make-believe intellectualism will improve your condition.
