There is some proof from fellow students at a couple of Universities. Some had a few social connections with him. Mostly Alinsky’s Marxist, socialist stuff.

Still it is not paid attention to considering the import of such information. How did he get in Harvard? How did he get elected to the state legislature in Illinois? How did he become a Senator in Congress in Washington?
