Remarkably little information exists online about the late doctor, Shankar Palaniappan who is listed among possible Smiley Face Killers victims. I was curious to see that he was about to start an internship in radiology, because most of the radioisotopes used in the United States of America for medical puposes - almost ALL of them come from the Chalk River AECL nuclear plant where Dr. Cranswick worked.
