Thanks to WS for the hint that this exists - someone who has the same name as LC's elder brother, the Australian pediatrician, and this other man attended a conference in Abu Dabai in 2007. At WS, they stated that this name NEIL belongs to one of the great great grandfathers or some male ancestor, so many relatives of LC may bear this name, not just his brother:

I'll bet it's all an entirely false lead. I presume that these folks may be from the S.African branch of the family, and MAY possibly be 3rd or 4th or 5th cousins of LC, people who he may be aware of on family trees but doesn't know in real life. This would prolly be a child of the Abu Dhabi plant's manager.

Well, you will be immediately saying to yourself, that's not right 'Hendo, we didn't play them on Friday, and you'd be right.   Arabian Knights called off late on the Wednesday, which left us a couple of days to arrange a test for our boys & girls, and that we did. A couple of quick e-mails & Tel calls secured a fixture against this year's U13s, (grateful to Neil Cranswick for his flexibility)....
