My daughter in law participated in Thon at PSU over 10 years ago! It’s quite an undertaking! How they stay awake that long is beyond me. I don’t think I could have done that even when I was that age!

I think they do it for the kids. When they sign up, they might not realize what they are doing, but once they see and meet the kids and families, adreneline takes over and they just get it done.

Seeing the BJC filled to capacity (with hundreds left outside not being able to get in) for such a great cause gives one hope.

While it is all about the kids and cures for all pediatric cancers, it is also a reflection on our University and the types of individuals who attend it.

Nice job Penn State.
