It's a theatrical show trial (probably held in the basement of Rev Manning's church) and it's doubtful anyone from Columbia U. even knows about it (much less Obama himself).

Manning plans to hold his trial on some steps at Columbia University during graduation. That's private property, isn't it? Do you think he'll be removed from the steps?

Yeah, after I posted my comment it occurred to me that the Rev. Manning probably doesn't have an actual church. I believe his "ministry" takes place pretty much on youtube.
