Sounds reasonable to me. Too many animals are abused before they end up in pet stores, and those that don’t sell don’t have much to look forward to.

It is easy to get a mutt from the Pound or Craigslist, and you can get a well-bred Border Collie easy enough - would imagine it wouldn’t be too hard for other breeds as well.

Based on what evidence? Another clear case of government intrusion and regulation that benefits “so called” animal rights groups and will end up ensuring the euthanasia of millions of animals.

This is just another liberal incremental assault on peoples rights.

I agree. I live here in Weho, and they have regular animal adoption fairs. I’ve been to one, and the number of critters needing homes will break your heart if you have one. I hate breeders. And all my cats I either found on the side of the road, or on craigslist.
