How about a definitive procedure. Do you propose to exclude certain sources entirely from being cited in any way?
That's self-defeating.
Study the history of some of these sources suing FreeRepublic for copyright infringement and you'll understand. Glad I'm not a mod, dealing with those not respecting copyrights and then people whining about it.
You can surmise it in your own words.
For some sources, such as Bloomberg, you can post a link to the source in the body of the message, but you cannot excerpt the story.

Why are you still struggling with this? Bloomberg material cannot be posted. We've modified the policy to allow links, but you cannot quote it. Period.

I thought I did, it can’t be posted because Bloomberg is a jerk about their copyrights and FR has been sued over stuff like this before.
