I live in a town where 80% of the people are overweight. And I’m not kidding. I go to restaurants and these fat slobs are gorging themselves on the cheap buffets. I’m sorry, but after awhile it takes a toll. It says a lot about our Society, whether you like it or not.
The thing that baffles me the most is these young girls. They are obese, and they still wear tube tops and tight jeans with their fat hanging over. DON’T THEY OWN A MIRROR?
We lead much more sedentary lives than we used to. Add to that decades of “big is beautiful” propaganda, the “don’t judge me” mantra and the “right” to not be offended and it’s no wonder we’ve become a nation of chubbies.
