“Close the window, calm the light
And it will be all right
No need to bother now
Let it out. let it all begin”

Excellent list with the Boz Scaggs songs.
The Top 50 should have had “Rock Me Baby” by George McCrae and “My first, my last, my everything” and “Love’s Serenade” from Barry White. The Beachboys “Wouldn’t It Be Nice” and Wilson Pickett’s “In the Midnight Hour” certainly spawned their fair share of conceptions in the mid-1960s.
Longshot: Why Don’t We Do It In The Road?”
And, for true romance, you can’t beat the final line of the Rolling Stones’ Midnight Rambler!
