I take a lot (but by no means all) of that crap in my “morning handful” and “evening handful” of supplements.
If this proves true, it’s good to know I’m not ENTIRELY a crank about this.
I take a lot of “supplements” too....because....I had a grandfather die in his sleep of a massive heart attack at age 51....and he was skinny.....then I read an article about a really old guy who took lots of supplements that helped him stay young...and figured...well...it won’t hurt , what’s the worst thing that could happen?! There are those that say you “excrete” too much....but, I bank on the fact that SOME Of those supplements are grabbed up by my cells and used.
Me too. All except the 3 gin’s and the cod liver oil (but also some things that aren’t on that list).
