Makes you wonder what Seattle tax payers are paying these guys to do. Their vest says “Security” but what they really are are “observers” who's only job is to call 911 if they see a problem. Any citizen with a Cell Phone can do that.

You would think Seattle would of learned a lesson from the Mardi Gras riot from a few years back where Seattle Police were under orders not to get involved, as a young man coming to the the aid of a girl getting beat up was beaten to death himself with a skateboard - while Seattle Police just stood and watched.
