Greta followed the Aruba case very closely - I wouldn’t be surprised if a contact tipped her.

Because Greta's really pretty sharp, notwithstanding some of the criticism she gets around here.

We all know that she took that case personally and practically moved her show to Aruba while it was going on. She made some connections down there, and I wouldn't be surprised if she was one of the first to know about this.

Actually it must have been in the later part of her program because we watched the first part.

I hope she said something like this:

"Gee, this is so sad. We've heard from reliable sources that Paulus Van Der Sloot just all of a sudden dropped stone dead while he was out playing tennis. In other news, it snowed today in DC. Good night."
