Fujitsu has launched the "wallet sized" Fujitsu Lifebook UH900 netbook to the Australian market announcing that is available now from distribution partners.
Available in three glossy finishes and a 5.6-inch WXGA display, Fujitsu has claimed the unit is less than 2.5cm in thickness, "mimicking" the size of a long wallet.
The unit ships with Windows 7 compatibility and supports all Windows-based pages including flash animation and form-filling. It includes a 62GB solid-state drive (SSD)
Furthermore, Fujitsu has claimed the unit weighs less than 500g, includes 3.5G wireless capabilities and is powered by the Intel Atom Z530 processor.
"The UH900 raises the bar in addressing the demanding needs of being constantly on the move," said Ivan Chan, country director, Fujitsu PC Australia.
The UH900 comes in mocha black, fiery red and vintage gold in a glossy finish and is available now from Bluechip Infotech and Multimedia Technology.

I’ll bet my smartphone can do most of what this can do.
Tiny keyboards are pretty and all, but a PITA in the long run.

“Tiny keyboards are pretty and all, but a PITA in the long run.”
Agreed!
It’d be nice if they’d publish these pictures with a comparo, like a deck of cards.
In the future humans will be Farsighted with humongous thumbs.
At $2000 a pop that should sell.... 10.
Apple at least got the price right with iPad!

Got mine in HK and the one that came after that, too.
Used it in teaching a bit . . . became dysfunctional for what I wanted it to do. Was a nice experiment, I guess. Overpriced for what I got out of them.
The question is, can I store my credit cards inside this thing? ;’)
Thanks myknowledge. Atari did this very thing (I mean the format of course) during its final descent in the 1980s.
