Here is video of MSNBC's Chris Matthews saying Sarah Palin is "frightening," after playing a comment she made in an interview with Fox News Chris Wallace. Palin had been asked about possibly running for President, and how if she thought President Obama would be strong or weak politically in 2012. Palin responded that it depended on what happens between now and then, and gave as an example "what if" Obama "played the war card," - decides to "declare war on Iran." She said that would change the dynamic dramatically.
Matthews said she is "frightening," and said "everyone knows a President cannot declare war."
It was obvious she was talking about "what if" Obama decided to "get tough." The President does not declare war, but he does ask for a declaration of war when necessary.
