You know, that picture alone makes me want to smack our President. Even without the very low bows that he has done for other world leaders, this one is still very bad.

The depth of the bow is bad enough, but he drops his eyes when he does this bow. That is such a subservient attitude.

Maybe he learned that form of honorific gesture early on in the madrassah where he spent his formative years learning the Koran and placing imams on pedestals. The bowing to male leaders seems to be ingrained to him, as Americans’ pledge of allegiance to the flag and placing their hands across their chests onto their hearts is to those who were raised in America’s schools of the past and those who immiagrated here to become proud Americans and take on its honored customs.
