A better way of throwing it back in their faces would be to make them defend their own PC lingo.

Try this...use the term "chairwoman" instead of "chair" or "chairperson" (or "spokeswoman", etc), then after they squirm, ask them to explain how exactly you're wrong in using the un-PC words. They'll have to either admit their pettiness, or more likely begin calling you names, which is how you can always tell that you've won an argument against a liberal.
