Patrick “Patches” Kennedy of Rhode Island could be knocked out of office. A new WPRI-TV poll showed him with low 35 percent approval rating, and 62 percent disapproval.As Patrick has seemed to take-up permanent residence in treatment facilities it really shows how brain dead these voters are for not only reelecting him but giving him a 35 percent approval rating.
