Are all the parts matching serial numbers or is it a pistol made of of different gun parts. that is one place to begin. If all the numbers match then it is worth more than if not. Is it a long barrel artillery model. Does he have the butt stock to go with it? There are several thing that make it a shooter or a collectors piece.
