There’s the old saying, “God have mercy on him, because I won’t.”

I have no idea whether that saying is old, but it certainly isn't very Christian.

In the end it’s up to God anyway despite of what we want.

You have complete say over your own salvation. God loves us so much that in the end he will give us what we want, even if what we want is an eternity without him. By refusing to forgive that pathetic man in the article and wishing him to Hell, you may be well on your way to making that choice for yourself. We all need repent of our own sins, and we all need to forgive the sins of others.
