I have to give the kid two thumbs up. First for having the dream, then having the balls to put some action behind it. I hope he gets lucky.

BTW, if his prom is anything like mine were (84 & 85), three quarters of the kids there will be getting laid.

Ironically, the publicity this has generated pretty much guarantees that all the young man is going to get - if he's lucky - is a slow dance.

He could always ring her up after his 18th birthday, I guess. Hope me makes a good impression. :-)
