Would it be in poor taste to give a three-month supply of fish oil to someone for Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, or as a just-because-you’ve-had-enough-of-their-insanity gift to those you know that need it but who are in denial?
Wish the Omega-3 Fish Oil benefit stories would stop. The cost of my supplements are going to through the roof, if everyone starts doing this.
I wonder if it can help me get through to Nov 2010 and 2012?

Very poorly run study. No way can you double blind ( or even just single) with fish oils. The ‘dummy pill’ would taste nor look anything like a fish oil filled gel cap. Can omega-3 help? I am willing to believe so but this tudy of 81 does not overwhelm me
My son has mild ADD and takes a minimal dose of Focalin every day. We supplement this with a peanut butter and honey sandwich on school days using Smart Balance Peanut Butter with 1000 mg of flax-derived Omega-3’s per ounce. (Jif just came out with a competing product).
