It’s only “gray” if it came from the US, otherwise, it’s “grey”-as in Grey Poupon. (LOL-the spelling nazi’s got to me!)

But, yeah, kingattax and I believe that it’s the result of a non compete agreement, and that would make it gray...I mean grey. ;)

LOL, the spelling nazi's what got to you? Were you intending to form a plural instead of a possessive? *\;^) Hint: "one Nazi" is "Nazi", "many Nazis" is "Nazis", if a Nazi owns something it's "Nazi's", if many Nazis own something it's "Nazis'".
