I’d like to know the failure rate of electronics that are mounted/located above fireplaces versus those not.
LOL, guess we’ll find out! The gas fireplace doesn’t really put out too much directly to the monitor space...goes straight up mostly. My installer didn’t think it would be a problem since there’s about 20 feet of vertical space above for heat dissipation.
Don’t know. Mine melted before it failed.
