Is that wiring or cosmetic surgery keeping that fake joker like smile on KBH’s mig?

I hope Medina pulls off an upset here.

She would crush the Democratic nominee.

Someone should tell the nurse that there is no gun registration in Texas.

She comes off looking like a moron here.

I’m sorry, but Kay’s photogenic dimpled grin with the tilt of the head just puts me off.

I understand a sales tax so that everyone can help foot the bill. It is very unfair that propert owners are the only ones paying for schools.

Someone should tell the nurse that there is no gun registration in Texas.

Point.
And if she's talking about some kind of 10th ammendment thing that deflects federal gun laws, she should be more articulate about it.

I’m all for an end to the property tax because I’d like to be able to afford to retire in my little inexpensive home when I retire. I have 9 more years before my taxes are frozen.
What I want to know, though, is what would replace Property taxes.

When was the last time you bought a new gun in Texas? When was the last time you tried to carry it concealed underneath your clothing?

If you didn’t fill out a form for the FBI, you broke the law.

So, while that might not be called a “registration”, if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck...

Actually, I prefer sales taxes. I think the problem with sales taxes as a primary revenue source is that a lot of evasion will occur, especially if rates rise significantly. The more evasion occurs, the higher the sales tax rate will have to be. It becomes a vicious spiral, with rising rates leading to more tax evasion, and more tax evasion leading to even higher rates.

Permit to purchase rifles and shotguns? No.

Registration of rifles and shotguns? No.

Licensing of owners of rifles and shotguns? No.

Permit to carry rifles and shotguns? No.

Permit to purchase handgun? No.

Registration of handguns? No.

Licensing of owners of handguns? No.

Permit to carry handguns? Yes.

A Texas resident, if not otherwise precluded by law, may purchase rifles and shotguns, ammunition, reloading components, or firearms accessories in contiguous states.

It is unlawful to sell, rent, loan or give a handgun to any person if it is known that the person intends to use it unlawfully.

Where does “registration” appear?

Medina is clueless.

Renters pay property tax (in the same way that consumers pay corporate taxes). It's just funneled through the landlord.

When was the last time you bought a new gun in Texas?

Two years ago.

When was the last time you tried to carry it concealed underneath your clothing?

It was a rifle. But a CHL permit is NOT gun registration.

So, while that might not be called a “registration”, if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck...

If it walks like a nurse and talks like a nurse, it's funky cold Medina.
