In my experience, 95 percent of dog owners are irresponsible. They let their dogs defecate everywhere and let them jump on my suit pants, thinking it’s cute, or something.
Maybe we should have as many regulations on dog buying dogs as we do on buying guns.
Actually, your wish is coming true. Many places in this country regulate breeding and owning dogs, altho I have not seen anyone pass a law against dogs jumping on your pant leg. Perhaps that’s next!
