The son slumped over and began sobbing as the details of the alleged clash were spelled out in court. Defense attorney Denise Moore said the younger Kerrigan suffers from post traumatic stress disorder from his stint in the Army, where he was dispatched to Egypt.

Prosecutor Elizabeth Keeley said Kerrigan had recently been let out of the Billerica House of Correction where he was jailed on assault and battery and related charges. Kerrigan had moved into his parent’s basement since leaving jail, Keeley added.

PTSD from being posted to Egypt??? Geeze...during my anything-but-courageous time in I spent time at Ft Knox,Ft Dix,etc.Maybe that's why I've been having all these flashbacks of Army chow,olive drab....
