Must have been arguing about the 3G coverage between Verizon and AT&T.
Wow, he looks alot older than 45
Father was probably trying to call 911 for help. Son was probably trying to prevent him.
“Ever see the movie Secondhand Lions? Theres a scene where a 70+ Robert Duvall singlehandedly beats the snot out of four young punks in a bar and then brings them over to his house and makes friends with them. Just priceles”
You forgot to mention beats the snot out of them while taking a shot of whiskey at the same time. Great movie and a great scene.
I would have thought that was a picture of her 70 year old father, and not her 45 year old brother!
Yeah, all us geezers ain`t done yet
I`m 62 and just got done stacking 190 bales of hay
on a trailer...and my mom helped
That was a hoot back then with that Kerrigan/Harding stuff
RIP.
The picture at the link above (the man with the glasses) is the deceased (the father). TMZ, has the brother (who looks like a charmer...NOT) doing the perp walk. I hate to give TMZ ‘hits’ but...they do have the photo ‘up.’

Not a good story at all. Nancy Kerrigan seems to have made a nice life for herself (she is married with 3 kids). Sorry that this happened in her family.
Massive describes the extent of tissue involved. Some people have small heart attacks with very localized tissue damage and never even know it. A massive one will kill you outright.
The law enhances a simple battery to a felony if the victim is over 60. Not all 60 year olds are in great shape and those that do beat up on our older population are douchebags and should be prosecuted as such.
OK, I stand corrected. The pic on the page I linked to must have been a file photo from years ago; the father and Nancy were seen on Herald article page
That is one of my favorite movies...I love the job Robert Duvall does with his characters, and you are right...that scene is priceless!
Nancy Kerrigan’s mother Brenda is legally blind and has been for many years. She used to watch the skating competitions with a small video on her person at the competitions.
As part of my periodic exams by my cardiologist he checks the pulses in my neck. Also,I think I recall him having once mentioned that certain medical maneuvers involving the neck veins can affect the heart. If,by chance,I properly heard what he said it seems to me that this loser could be charged with negligent homicide...or worse. You don't put your hands around the neck of another unless you mean business.
I think you are correct that there is more to this story. The local news here in Boston is reporting that the police want to hold him without bail which suggests that the current charges could be upgraded.
Like you, I'll refrain from speculating until the facts come in but I can tell you this from experiences in my own family, a 45-year-old man living at home with his parents is rarely a happy situation.
I saw that movie back in 2005 and still remember that scene.
Herald update:
Being held on 10k bail
The son slumped over and began sobbing as the details of the alleged clash were spelled out in court. Defense attorney Denise Moore said the younger Kerrigan suffers from post traumatic stress disorder from his stint in the Army, where he was dispatched to Egypt.
Prosecutor Elizabeth Keeley said Kerrigan had recently been let out of the Billerica House of Correction where he was jailed on assault and battery and related charges. Kerrigan had moved into his parents basement since leaving jail, Keeley added.

“”Mark Kerrigan has a “lengthy” rap sheet for pot possession and petty crimes. He had recently been released from prison for a 2005 domestic assault.
In that incident, Mark Kerrigan’s wife told cops her drunk husband was “out of control” and throwing things into the yard, according to a police report.
When police arrived, they found Kerrigan walking down a street with a hunting knife in each hand. He was yelling, “F-—ing shoot me, I want to die, kill me please!”
Mark Kerrigan served just four months but was sent back to the slammer after violating the restraining order his wife took out, records show.
He was released late last year and was living in his parents’ basement since before Christmas.””
