Facebookers Status Change: "Who Is Ellie Light?"
1-24-10
Posted on 01/24/2010 7:01:59 AM PST by My Favorite Headache
A beautiful thing started happening on Facebook yesterday. People began changing their current status on the social network to "Who Is Ellie Light?", leaving many people wondering and obviously drawing curiosity amongst members and driving up trends on Yahoo and Google search.
This is just a vanity and a suggestion that if you have a social network page i.e. Myspace or Facebook why not change your status for the day to Ellie Light and let the people on your friends list who might not be aware of the story go look it up?
There is already a group running with 300 + members under the same name on Facebook and has journalists from around the country checking in and joining.
Just a heads up!

There was an episode of South Park titled LE LIGHT that had world leaders discussing politics. I wonder if its a play on that.

What is this all about? Some background please.
She lives in Massachusettes and speaks with a Negro dialect when she wants to.

The thing that nobody seems to mention is that the press readily publishes any well-written pro-Obama letter while thousands of perhaps, even better written anti-Obama are summarily tossed into the trash.

Isn’t Ellie Light the sister or cousin of Greg Packer? As I recall, that guy traveled a LOT, and reporters always chose him for those “man on the street” interviews. In fact, a quick Google search reveals that he is still a favorite of reporters all over the country, and manages to be in the middle of any interesting event.
Way to go, Ellie!
