Where has this document been presented as proof of Obama’s place of birth and is there an established chain of custody for it? If this is an authentic documment it could easily be traced back to it origin, has that been done?
It seems that most people are dancing around the critical point here. What are the implementing instructions for verifying proof of eligibly (for the party as well as each state), who is responsible for ensuring they are complied with, and what documented proof is there that this was actually done.
As for those who insist that this is a diversion and there are more important issues to deal with I will say... if we don’t ensure the integrity of our elections everything else is irrelevant.
