ANY ACTION against FUHRER OBAMA, has to start in CONGRESS.

I suggest you read the Constitution. The body of the Constitution was enacted in 1789 and details the powers of the three branches of government. The Bill of Right was enacted in 1791 for the purpose detailing the powers granted to the people. The concept of the grand jury is mentioned only in the 5th Amendment. It is not mentioned in the body of the Constitution. The founding fathers did this purposely to give only the people the power of the grand jury to provide a check and balance against a corrupt, runaway government.

It is with this Constitutional power grand juries have served presentments in courthouses, FBI offices and to politicians throughout the country. Continuing to do so will increase the pressure for the three branches of government to abide by the Constitution.

NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Just get more firearms and more ammo.. that you can count on ... and MAY NEED!!!

Many people also believed Congress wasn't listening to all the marches, phone calls, emails and faxes but the unconstitutional health care bill(s) still haven't passed. Congress critters didn't suddenly change their minds out of the goodness of their hearts. They have felt incredible pressure from the people for months and know it will only get worse if they proceed. Why are you waiting if you're convinced the rule of law no longer exists? Why aren't you lashing out right now with guns ablazing?? Who are you going to shoot? Why bother voting?

Sir ... you are basing your assumptions that the DEMOCRATS are going to FOLLOW the CONSTITUTION... I HAVE a better chance believing in the TOOTHFAIRY.
