Not sure about the Ruger, but I just bought a Springfield Armory XDM 19+1 round 9MM pistol.

I'm sure others will chime in on the quality of this fine firearm.

It’s a fantastic firearm.

I’ve helped about 8 co-workers buy guns over the past year. Now, I’m a Glock and SIG guy, but even I had to tell them to look at the new XDm pistols.

My department director chose the 9mm and he loves the thing.
I only wish they’d offer the XDm in size options similar to those of Glock (L/M/S), cuz that frame is BIG.
