I just think if the Jets put the game in Sanchez’s hands it’s a losing proposition. They need to pound inside until the Chargers start crowding eight in the box, and then try a play action with Sanchez. The Chargers are covering the wide runs well right now. They’re not just getting to the corner, they’re hitting the outside runners three yards in the backfield.

There you go. The Chargers are pinning their ears back and you can’t run slow developing plays that dick around in the backfield when they’re doing that. You run quick hits until they start holding their position.

Wow. What inept football. I’ve been watching this from the gym and the whole place was laughing. The Colts have to be licking their chops. How did either one of these teams make the playoffs? The thing to me about inside running is that it's straightforward, and you just get a hat on a hat and push them back. When that starts working, I think you go with it until they prove they can stop it.

The big problem with the inside running game is that it's hard to go eighty yards without a penalty, and third and eight and third and three are entirely different animals. I'd let Sanchez air it here, as long as he sticks to safe passes. There's not enough time for a drive.
