When I keyed the website into my http://, it tried to download a virus....which was stopped immediately. When I did a search for homelandsecurity.com and got the results, I clicked on the link, and it took me to the actual Homeland Security website. Seems strange since I thought once a domain name had been registered, it could not be reused.

I used firefox browser thru a proxy with cookies/java disabled to visit it and it looked semi legit, but NOT the real DHS site.
