The point is that Kenya, under the notorious Prime Minister Odinga, is so corrupt and tribally related to Obama that no one in their right mind would believe a denial based on their say-so.
To satisfy partisans from both sides, more that just the FRE requirement of Kenyan government authentication or denial would be needed. I would expect that a forensic analysis in Kenya of the original CPGH BC in the hospital files would be needed.
This would include signature samples from the original doctor and witness as well as interviews with Maganga and validation of his stamp and a hospital seal impression.
There should also be comparisons made with other BC’s from August 1961, and open access to interviews with potential 1961 witnesses would close finally close the issue. It is pointless and grossly unfair to criticize Lucas Smith for "failing" to provide this extremely expensive forensic analysis that would require enormous political influence to initiate.
Per Smith's affidavit in CA he said he requested Taitz to use her money, influence and legal means to initiate exactly this kind of authentication to the extent possible, but she told Smith that this was unnecessary, apparently because she didn't understand the FRE.
You, Mik Taerg, may not be dissuaded from your personal vendetta against Lucas Smith by fairness and logic, but I suspect that most FReepers will.

This statement sounds conciliatory but in reality a diversion. Lucas has not given any answers to some basic questions. Why then offer to have the BC be subjected to analysis in Kenya? You also contradict yourself by saying that CPGH files were already impounded as a result of Lucas acquisition of Obama’s BC and that the national police chief was fired. There is no court in the USA who will order for the authentication of Lucas’ Obama BC. Our courts already know that Obama is a Natural Born citizen of US. His COLB is a satisfactory evidence because it’s attested to for by qualified government officials. Then lately, as of November 12, 2009 in Ankeny v Indiana, the court of appeals reaffirmed that Barack Hussien Obama is a Natural born citizen thus making him qualified to be the POTUS. Therefore, if the COLB is a valid document, what does that make of Lucas’ BC?

Yes it is unfair to criticize Lucas Smith but it’s also unfair of him to resort to name calling when he can’t answer basic questions. It will not cost Lucas a dime to prove that he went to Kenya. Okey just give me the following information.. what airlines did he take to and from Kenya and the date of his flights. I can check the airlines manifest if he was onboard. In fact, that is not a confidential info and that anyone can verify that.

According to Larry Sinclair’s affidavit, Orly Taitz knew that Lucas’ BC is a fake!

Hey, as for me? I don’t have any personal vendetta against Lucas, but logic tells me that one must pass point “A” in order to go to point “B”. Logic tells me that Lucas has not been forthcoming with his answers.
