On corrupt Kenyan politicians, yes, just one was annouced recently as being denied a visa, but he was added to a “long list” of Kenyans:

“Nairobi, Kenya - The United States said on Tuesday it had added another prominent Kenyan official on its list of those permanently banned from traveling to the US over their engagement in official corruption and the ban was extended to the entire family.
“US ambassador to Kenya Michael Ranneberger said the US had a new addition to its growing list of officials permanently barred from seeking or obtaining an American visa for engaging in corruption in high places.
“’We are continuing to monitor the situation in Kenya, including collecting infor mation on acts of corruption engaged in by public officials,’ the US envoy said at a news conference to announce the latest step, which, he said, was just one among weapons.”
I got the story about the Kenya Police Chief from the BBC, but here is the Time version:

Last Tuesday, Sept. 8, the chief of the Kenyan police — tainted by accusations that since he took charge, around the time of Kenya's presidential election in 2007, his men had waged a campaign of illegal killings — was fired and put in charge of the postal service. His deputy, meanwhile, was quite literally put out to pasture, with a new job at the Ministry of Livestock.
“Could this be the first cannon shot in the Kenyan government's long-promised war against corruption and impunity in the police force?”
As to Obama’s Kenya relatives refusing to comment on Obama’s place of birth and saying they have been told not to discuss this, there are too many such reports. You can look those up yourself.
“Obama assisted him”…Again, there is no proof that Obama assisted Odinga. Obama visited Kenya in his official capacity as a US Senator.
“Obama is of Luo descent. Last time I checked, you don’t lose tribal identity by changing citizenship”… Indeed, we identify with which we descended from. But you are not a member of that tribe whom your ancestors belong to unless you grew up in that tribe. You see… (groups) tribes, clans, nations are differentiated along linguistic (written and spoken) lines, culture, traditions, rituals, societal norms, etc. You can try as hard as you can until you turn blue affirming your membership to that tribe but you’ll only be considered one if you pass the tribe’s rites of passage (language,culture, etc…)..Here is a modern implication of what this is all about…Just recently in the news Raila Odinga stated…”Obama is not Kenyan, he is American”… meaning… Obama is not a member of the Kenyan (group, tribe, clan, nation), he is a member of the American (group, tribe, clan, nation).
“The national police chief was fired the week after Lucas Smith went public with his BC and CPGH records have been reportedly impounded”…Yes, the national police chief was fired in September 8, Lucas made public his BC in August, he purportedly acquired that BC in February. The national police chief was fired due to… ”accusations that since he took charge, around the time of Kenya’s presidential election in 2007, his men had waged a campaign of illegal killings”. There is no report in the news that “CPGH records have been impounded” except from the very credible Jerome Corsi of the WND. You made it sound as if the national police chief was fired because Lucas got hold of a “top secret document” thus the CPGH records were impounded. Do you really have to put a spin on what’s in the news?
