But then this same paper is stamped and signed and dated by Dr,Maganga which you say was Chief Administrator on the same Feb 19th 2009
Let’s imagine just for a moment that his name is Helton and that he was the ca administraor on Feb 19th 2009.
How did you get that stamp and signature ?
It is impossible that all the certificates on file were allready stamped and dated with that day’s date. It is equally impossible that Maganga “resigns” every single bc on record daily.
I mean did you fisically bring the document to Maganga in order for him to sign it ?
Or did you bribe him as well ?
At some point of your story Maganga would have put his signature on the document. Since it was signed by him on Feb 19th, the day you entered the hospital, either he signed it before your arrival or after. Logic says it should be after.
But truly I can’t imagine anyone stealing a document from a hospital archive and then going to the head officer of the same hospital to have it signed.

Aside from bribing military officers I had to bribe the admin at CPGH as well. The military officers didn’t steal anything. The birth certificate was handed to me from the admin at CPGH.

But when we look up other admin at Coast Province General Hospital, we find that their name is spelled different way as well. Moreover, their name is spelled many different ways.
I believe that by now we all know who we are talking about, her name is (or might be because nobody can ascertain which spelling is correct) Merry Othigo. Or it might me Jennifer Othiga.
You know, the lady that you claim was chief admin on 02.19.2009.
Which spelling is correct? Merry or Mary. Jennifer or Jeniffer or Janet or Joyce? Jenniper or Jenipper or Janet or Joyce? Othigo or Othiga? Then theres her other name that fits in somewhere, Otieno.
The sources for her name come from MEDICAL DOCUMENTS and MEDICAL REPORTS and MEDICAL DIRECRTORIES well as Kenyan news sources.

There are many more OFFICIAL sources for the different spellings of Merry Othigo than you could ever dream of finding for Helton Maganga.
Tell us now how you know that Helton Maganga’s name is (as you claim) “Heltan”.
Your theory doesn’t make any sense. You leave us no other option but assume that you are a paid Obot that spends day and night posting disinformation. Take a look at your posts kim. Your comments don’t make much sense.
Then there’s the fact that every time you stray off subject and then someone calls you out for your faulty off subject discussion you (kim) then make the claim that we are the ones that are discussing off subject topics as a distraction. This is another sign of a paid Obot.
Lastly, tell us more about your PHONE CONVERSATION with Helton Maganga in September or October 2009. If Helton was not chief admin in February 2009 (as you, Kim, make claim of) then why didn’t Helton tell you that on the phone???
