A while back I posted a thread in FR reporting that Lucas Smith, on his Youtube site, said that he had found an attorney that he thought he could work with on his own terms to bring his CPGH BC into the courts.

Now we see Phil Berg calling Lucas Smith to testify against Orly Taitz in the Rivernider case. Is Phil Berg the attorney that Lucas Smith is now working with? I don’t know. I will not press him to discuss this more than he wants to.

Smith (and Berg, if they are working together) has very limited options available for getting the CPGH BC authenticated by Kenya to be admissible as evidence under the FRE, given the corruption of the Kenyan authorities.

I don’t know what the state of Kenyan affairs is at the moment and whether they might have changed their minds to allow full access to CPGH BC records. But CIA Chief Panetta is reported to have just spent four days in Kenya on a hush-hush national security issue, which is assumed to relate to Al Qaeda, but was that really the reason?
