Larry Sinclair (as if he is to be trusted? LOL), also wrote in his affidavit that Orly Taitz knew that Lucas KBC was a fake. Sinclair sent a copy of his affidavit to Judge Carter. (page 7, item 10 and 11)

There are two Sinclair affidavits. Sinclair did not send a copy to Judge Carter of his Sept 30 Liberi case affidavit at the link in which he made a purely hearsay statement in item 11 regarding what Taitz "knew" about the authenticity of Smith's CPGH BC.
Sinclair sent Judge Carter only his Sept 15 affidavit, (Attachment A to the Liberi affidavit at the link) in which he does not make any statements to Judge Carter regarding the authenticity of Smith's CPGH BC.
The purpose of both of Sinclair's affidavits was to impeach Taitz's integrity and reliability, but you appear to want us to consider Sinclair's account of Taitz's alleged knowledge that the Smith BC was a fake to be reliable, even as you "LOL" about Sinclair's reliability.
If Sinclair heard Taitz say she had knowledge that Smith's CPGH BC was a fake, why didn't he put that in his affidavit to Judge Carter on Sept 15 and only later on Sept 30 decide to include this hearsay observation in an affidavit in a the Liberi case before a different judge and court?
Clearly that calls into question the already negligible value of Sinclair's claim as to what Taitz thought about Smith's BC. Sinclair provides no information as to how Taitz came to "know" it was a fake.
What we actually have in Judge Carter's court record is Smith's own affidavit of Oct 12 relating back to the same brief meeting that Sinclair and Smith attended together with Taitz.
Smith discloses to the Court his allegation that it was Taitz who was unable to authenticate the "Lavender" 1964 BC (Smith says she claimed that MOSAD gave it to her) and she wanted Smith to perjure himself with a claim that he had obtained it in Kenya at the same time as he obtained the CPGH BC.
It is easy to see that Sinclair, in his brief meetings with Taitz and Smith may have become confused as to which BC's Taitz couldn't authenticate (which is different from "knowing" any BC's are fake) and Sinclair may not have known that Taitz told Smith that the 1964 BC came from MOSAD.
Sinclair may have witnessed a conversation between Taitz and Smith where Taitz was trying to get Smith to agree to an alternate false account as to the provenance of a document she believed might be genuine, but preferred not to disclose the MOSAD source.
In Sinclair's Sep 15 affidavit to Judge Carter, Sinclair only states that he witnesses Taitz asking Smith to compare the 1961 CPGH BC to the 1964 Lavender BC for points of consistency making no claim at all that Taitz knew that either is fake or that Smith considered his own CPGH BC to be fake.
Bottom line: Sinclair's comment about Smith's CPGH BC cannot be relied on at all. There is no statement that I know of from Taitz herself that Taitz "knew" that Smith's CPGH BC was fake in any of the cases in which Smith has testified against Taitz by affidavit or in person.
