You were all over the youtube forum saying that YOU had spoken with Maganga on the telephone.

When others tried to call the hospital but were hung up on (because the person answering the phone coudln’t understand them) it you was YOU that told us that we should NOT cut to chase with the hospital over the telephone and that we shouldn’t let the hospital know that we are calling about Obama’s bc per se.

You were claiming on youtube that Maganga told you his middle name and his gender when you spoke with him on the telephone.

What happened Kim, you forgot your own lies now???

A few days after your call is when you started saying that I (Lucas) should call the hospital. I and many others have called the hospital number (listed on the bc, the number that you claimed was fake). The person that answer speaks terrible English and doesn’t understand me or others that call when we speak in our “proper” (hahaha) American English.

So stop with the lies already. Do I need to get everyone from the forum over here to call you out as a liar??? Originally you told everyone that YOU called Maganga.

Next, it’s not just people that are born in tribal areas that don’t know their birth dates in Africa. As I have told you the norms and cultures outside of Europe and America are very different. We American and Europeans think of time in a very different way. Everything is so obsessive compulsive with us Americans and Europeans, we take notes on everything we record exact times and dates. Much of the population throughout Africa doesn’t give a crap about specific dates. You might want to travel to Africa some day if you are going to continue with your lie about your 30 years in Africa.

Again, get some evidence to back your claims. Online newspapers and a couple Kenyan medical directories (which Helton Maganga didn’t write himself) are just examples of Swahili being spelled out in English with the writers own phonetic version. Kenyan news sources also have spelled his last name as “Muganga”. And when we start talking about Othigo, WOW, big problem, BIG PROBLEM, several different spellings and even complete different names for her four names long name.

Take a look at several different spellings of Barack Obama in Kenya and surrounding African nations. You think they really don’t know how to spell his name??? Is one source correct and the other is not??? Is one a forgery, or all of them forgeries???

You don’t have a clue about Africa.

And again, are we to believe that you know more that Maganga, Ang’awa’s family, Othigo, Odongo and Coast Province General Hospital???

They all remained silent. How difficult would it be for Ang’awa’s family to come forward with several documents that James Ang’awa signed?

How difficult would it be for Helton Maganga to come forward and say, “Hey guys, I wasn’t even chief Admin in February 2009, and by the way I spell my name HELTAN and heres several documents with my name on it.

You Kim have even made the claim that you work for a company that has two Chief Administrators and that you are one of them. Yet you are obsessed with Maganga/Othigo.

Things in Africa are unstable, nothing functions as it does in the developed world. Yet you continue to reason everything out with American norms and culture.

Go find some sort of real evidence. As you know I am an objective person. I will consider any evidence regardless of what direction the evidence leans towards.

Lastly I see that you have half-answered my question about your birth certificate forgeries. Yes, yes, yes I know you were on the forum (youtube) telling everyone that your forgeries were solely to demonstrate just how easy it was to make a forgery. BUT YOU DIDN’T TELL THAT TO YOUR VIEWERS ON photobucket.com (which is now “private”) or your viewers at scribd.com (which you removed a several days ago). Those were the thousands of viewes that you mislead.

The other part of your half-answer was to state that I (Lucas) have mislead many more than you have so why should it matter that you created forgeries and mislead only a cuople thousdand people.

What sort of logic is that? You sound like a little kid now.

InspectorSmith, why should Mik Tearg prove the credibility of his person? YOUUUU! are the purveyor of the Kenyan Birth Certificate. YOUUU! claim that your document is authentic. Then you have the burden to prove that your document is genuine. You posted it in the internet, then anyone who comes accross your claim who becomes curious can seek answers to any of their questions from you!

1. Where were those videos (with you and the KBC)...recorded?

2. Can you show proof that you went to Kenya? Plane tickets, Railway tickets, public transport tickets, gas receipt, meal receipts, credit card transactions in kenya, hotel accomodation receipts, photos with the families who accomodated you, pictures in front of the hospital, your passport with the kenyan entry and exit dates stamped on your passport.

There are so many ways to prove that you went to kenya. You’ve shown 2 pictures with you claiming that it was shot with the kenyan slums as your background (I guess those were already debunked, were they?). Then you must have more photos to really prove that you went to kenya.

Let me reiterate, you’re the one who claimed to have gotten a genuine KBC from Kenya, then you have to prove that what you claim as genuine is really genuine! Please don’t attack those who ask you for proof! Don’t expect that everyone who looks at your KBC will readily agree that it is real. Expect that it will be scrutinized and that you must be ready to stand by your claim.

never claimed that I didn’t call Maganga. Just saying that what I found will never amount to evidence in your eyes (after all I am the forger-liar, right ?). So I need indipendent confirmation (or for you to call him - which you will never do). This is not as simple as it seems since I need a trusted credible third party, and new probatory elements. Hopefully this will come soon. I am patient.

Why doesn’t Maganga come up and explain ? That’s what you think he should do right ? The problem is that in Kenya the attention that your fraud has drawn is zero. Over there it is a non-issue. Should you or some of your supporters make the mistake of bombarding Kenyan blogs (they are mainly in English - Jukwaa has many hits and oftern discusses things related to Obama) as you have done here attention will rise and sooner or later the truth will emerge. Since they believe your scam is at a level of pure lunacy and ridicule they will not bother to step in. It’s up to you now. Either you remain happy with the actual limbo-situation which is useful from your perspective to gather support or you decide to collect (or fabricate) new evidence because you are not happy that so many doubt your claims.
At CPGH they speak quite good English, as does Maganga. CPGH is part of an international AIDS project funded by USAID (started under Bush), they receive calls from the States all the time.

People often misspell my name, not because the spelling isn't standardized, but because they hear it wrong, assuming a name similar and more common than my relatively rare name.

In this case, a professional listing would have more weight than a newspaper article simply because more care is given to the preparation of the former for publication.

BTW, Kenya has two official languages, English and Swahili. English is the language of instruction and Swahili is taught as a subject (not an uncommon situation in multi-lingual countries with a colonial history).

These are professional people with full lives; isn't it a bit arrogant to think they would care enough about the spelling of a name on a document presented by a member of a fringe group half a world away to take time out of a busy life to set the record straight?
