You posted a statement attributed to Larry Sinclair without a link and I assumed (incorrectly, I admit) which Sinclair affidavit I thought you claimed to be quoting, which was the Sep 15 2009 affidavit from the trial before Judge Carter involvinig both Sinclair and Smith.
I owe you an apology for saying you posted false information. I most certainly did not lie about what is in Sinclair’s Sep 15 affidavit.
Your quote came from an entirely different Sinclair affidavit of Sep. 30, 2009 in the Liberi case in PA. Your quote gives Sinclair's hearsay impression of what Taitz believed or said about Lucas Smith's BC and has no probative value (thus most likely inadmissible) and was made in a case totally unrelated to Smith and in which Smith is not appearing as a witness with no chance to rebutt Sinclair or Taitz. There is no evidence that Taitz made any attempt to authenticate Smith's BC, so how could any representations she made to Sinclair in passing be taken seriously? Also, Sinclair makes no statement as to _how_ Taitz supposedly knew that Smith's BC was fake.

No! No! No!...The affidavit was also sent to Judge Carter…check your link above…it’s in page 7, item 10. And I quote…
“Once I returned home, I prepared an affidavit regarding Dr. Taitz request that I testify untruthfully and I sent my affidavit to Judge Carter with the US District court, Central District of California, Southern Division for filing in Dr. Taitz case, see EXHIBIT “A” attached hereto.”

Yes! Yes! Yes!...There is evidence that Orly Taitz tried to authenticate the document at the Kenyan embassy. Check the proceedings in Judge Land’s Court related to Orly’s sanctions (I don’t have the link here but I’ve read it)
