IMO, a poorly written and misleading story.
Questions not answered:
Is this story about a specific brand of smartphone?
If so, what brand and model?
Is this story about a new security ap for the smartphone?
If so, who did the ap?
Is this ap available to the general public?
Is it free or does it have a price?
What currently avail;able smartphones can use this ap?

Poor writing and misleading story.
Having said that - I would like to have either the smartphone with this security feature or the ap enabling this level of security.
Should it/they actually exist.

This is not about a specific smartphone, it's about a smartphone cryptography program.

...a cell phone cryptography technologystrong enough to satisfy French government and NATO security standards.
