Yeah, but if posed seems they would have used a single edge blade.. I would love to think its real.
...Or a boxcutter blade, or more likely (as a previous poster said) a credit card. Anyway, who even uses that kind of a blade for shaving these days? Personally, I usually use disposable Bics and sometimes a fancy shaver I got for Christmas one year that takes replacement cartridges. I haven't seen one of those old-fashioned blades in 20+ years.
